Registration for the 2019 program will be available in online Nov. 15, 2018. The application deadline for the 2019 program is January 15, 2019. A $25 late fee will automatically be charged thereafter.
Class sizes are limited. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received and must include tuition.
Check the courses page for the applicant's grade level before submitting an application to determine if any course(s) is already filled. However, indication on the website that a course still has openings is not a guarantee that the course will still be available at the time an application is processed.
Course confirmation and program information will be sent to participants via email. Subsequent program information will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the application. Please assure that you can receive e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org
Winter Wonderings is funded by student fees and tax deductible donations. Tuition is $95 per course. Late Fee - A $25 service fee must accompany applications entered after January 15, 2019.
The amount shown on your check indicates the number of courses your child plans to attend. Supply fees will be billed after course assignments have been made.
By including a donation with your child's tuition you will assist another child whose family's financial situation would not allow them to otherwise benefit from participaton in a Winter Wonderings course. Please note donation amount on your check's memo line.

Scholarship funds are limited. We strive to afford the opportunity to participate to as many children as possible. Consequently, full scholarship awards will be rare and may require supplemental verification of need and motivation. We receive more requests for financial aid than we can accomodate. As a result, we are not able to meet all requests.

Refund Policy - If a course must be cancelled prior to the first session due to lack of enrollment, a full refund will be granted.
Cancellation is subject to forfeiture of the $50.00- $100.00 processing fee, depending on how may classes are cancelled.
No refund will be issued for withdrawals 10 business days (M - F) or less before the program start date.
No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to attend the class.
Full refund will be issued if the program is cancelled. It may take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your refund check in the mail.
